ATP provides consulting services to the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Air Markets Division, Office of Research and Development, and the Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards. ATP is who EPA relies on for insight on the capabilities and costs of air pollution control technology.

 

ATP has supported several states in rulemakings and other activities, including providing expert witness at hearings and in litigations. ATP also supported the US Department of Energy, teaching the Chinese on air pollution control technology.
