Andover Technology Partners offers two options
for Catalyst Management, depending upon your company’s needs.
1. For those clients
that want to manage their SCR catalyst on their own or want a tool to help them
evaluate options their catalyst management partner can’t help them with, ATP
offers software and information products to help you manage your SCR
effectively.
These are ideal for
companies that want to effectively manage their facility using the best
information and tools for the purpose.
These are tools we have licensed to technology suppliers, utilities, and
other consulting firms. Even if you
have a catalyst manufacturer or regeneration service provider handle most of
your catalyst management needs, you may want to evaluate other options they
can’t help you with, or you may want additional tools and information that can
help you operate the facility more effectively every day.

covers all aspects of SCR operation, not just catalyst management, and even
includes a Troubleshooting Guide that helps you identify and solve problems
based upon the symptoms.

2. ATP also offers Catalyst Management Consulting Services
Unlike
catalyst suppliers or regeneration service suppliers that also offer catalyst
management services, ATP
doesn’t have a conflict of interest. The catalyst suppliers and the regeneration service suppliers
want to sell your company catalyst or regeneration services. That’s where they make their real
money. They certainly didn’t build
manufacturing plants and regeneration plants to only sell you testing and
consulting services. Moreover, once you
lock into them, you can’t benefit from some of the new developments that other
suppliers will offer in the near future.
And, there are some very exciting developments coming down the road that
you don’t want to be locked out of.
By contrast, ATP doesn’t have any interest other than to help you operate
your plant as effectively as possible. As your consultant, ATP acts
as your in-house SCR expert – but only on a part-time, as-needed basis. ATP has the expertise to advise you on the
best approach and the contacts with the technology suppliers and testing labs
to help you get the best price and service on the technology that best suits
your needs. ATP can work with any of
the catalyst suppliers, regeneration service suppliers or testing labs. We can even handle the testing for you. And, ATP’s clients have found our catalyst
management services very cost effective compared to the alternatives. ATP offers services for all applications –
coal, oil, or gas fired.
